Case 1. Resetting password on the login page

1. Click on ‘Forgot Password’

2. Enter the email address you used to register (or the phone number if you registered with your phone number), then enter the verification code.

3. Enter a new password and submit. The new password will be applied.

Case 2. Changing password from the ‘User Center’

1. After logging in, click the person icon.

2. Click on the ‘Change’ button in the login password tab.

3. Enter the password in the appropriate fields and submit. The new password will be applied.

1. After logging in, click the person icon. Click on the ‘Security’ button

2. Click on the ‘Change Password’ button in the Security tab, enter the new password in the appropriate fields, and submit. The new password will then be applied.
