1. Common Reasons for Missing Deposits:
• Deposited the coin/token to the wrong deposit address.
• Deposited a coin/token to the exchange that is not listed on the exchange.
• Entered the wrong address.
• Deposit amount is below the minimum deposit threshold.
If the deposit amount is below the minimum threshold, please deposit an additional amount to meet the minimum requirement. The previously uncredited amount will then be credited together with the new deposit.

2. If the deposit was made to the correct address and is being processed on the blockchain, please wait until the process is completed. However, if an unusual error such as 'failed' is shown on the blockchain explorer, please check the following links:
