1. Deposit to a Non-Batonex Address
If you have deposited to an address that is not associated with Batonex, we cannot process your deposit request due to the anonymity of the blockchain. Batonex cannot identify who controls the incorrect address, and thus, there is no way to recover the coins.
2. If you have deposited to an incorrect Batonex address, please contact customer support or submit an inquiry to help@batonex.com.
Please provide the following information:
- UID
- Type of coin/token
- Deposit amount
- TxID
- Tag/Memo/Payment ID (if applicable)
- Incorrect deposit address and correct deposit address
- Screenshot showing the detailed deposit information
By providing these details, our support team can assist you in recovering the misplaced funds.
