How to Change/Bind Your Email Address

*Note: Changing your email address is only possible if your phone is already binded to your account.

1. After logging in, click the profile icon at the top right corner.

2. On the ‘User Center’ page, click the ‘Link’ button on the highlighted email tab.

2-1. If your email and phone are already linked, you can change your email address by clicking the ‘Relink’ button.

3. In the new email input field, enter the email address you want to switch to, then click the send verification code button. Enter the verification codes correctly to complete the change.

3-1. To change your email address, enter the new email and the verification code. Once verified, the new email will be linked to your account.

App

*It is not possible to change your email address in the Batonex App.

1. After logging in, click the profile icon at the top left corner.

2. Please click the "Security" tab

3. Click the "Email Authentication" tab, enter the required information in each field, and provide the correct verification code. Once done, the linkage will be completed.
