You can cancel the withdrawal yourself only if it is still in a pending state.
Case 1. If You Withdrew to a Wrong Address Outside of Batonex
1. Once you click the withdrawal button, Batonex initiates the automated withdrawal process immediately. Once this process starts, it cannot be stopped. Due to the anonymity of the blockchain, Batonex cannot trace where your assets have been sent. Therefore, if you have sent coins to the wrong address, please contact the recipient platform.
2. If you withdrew assets to another exchange with an incorrect or missing tag/memo/payment ID, please contact the recipient platform with your TxID and related information.
Case 2. If You Withdrew to a Wrong Batonex Address
1. If you withdrew to a Batonex address with an incorrect or missing tag/memo/payment ID, Please contact us via our online customer service or chat support. Make sure to provide the following information:
- UID
- Type of coin/token
- Deposit amount
- TxID
- Tag/Memo/Payment ID (if applicable)
- Incorrect deposit address and correct deposit address
- Screenshot showing the detailed deposit information
2. If you made a withdrawal that is below the minimum deposit threshold, Batonex cannot process the deposit as it does not meet the minimum requirement. Always check the minimum deposit amount before making the withdrawal.
3. If you have made an withdrawal to a wrong coin address within Batonex (e.g., sending BCH to a BTC address), and the amount is over 1,500 USDT, please send your UID, coin name, deposit amount, deposit address, and TxID to online customer service.
Use the subject line "Deposit to Wrong Address" + your UID.
Asset recovery will be forwarded to the wallet team and may take at least one month to complete. Your patience is appreciated.
